How it works?
Each employee will install the Time Doctor desktop application onto their computers. This initial setup process takes just a couple minutes. Once the application is installed, your employees will see a list of the Freshbooks issues that are assigned for them to complete. To start tracking time spent on a particular issue, the employee simply clicks on it.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers at a time interval that you specify. This feature is optional, but can be particularly helpful when you have any employees working remotely and you're unable to walk by their desks to see what they're working on.
Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
