To the right you can see where that time shows up on a specific issue in Redmine. Time tracked on issues with Time Doctor is accurate to the second. No more guesstimates of how much time was spent working on each issue.
How it works?
Each of your employees will install the The Time Doctor desktop on their computers. This initial setup process takes just a couple minutes. In the desktop software, they'll see a list of the Redmine issues that are assigned to them. To start tracking time spent on a particular issue, the employee simply clicks on it. It's that easy.
The time tracked is then sent to the Time Doctor & your Redmine servers, where it will appear in reports. Time Doctor has desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers at a time interval that you specify. This feature is optional, but can be particularly helpful when you have any employees working remotely and you're unable to walk by their desks to see what they're working on.
Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
