When you sign up for a Time Doctor trial for the first time, you'll receive two weeks of free access to all available features on our Premium plan, without limitations.

At the end of the two weeks, you can choose to stay on Premium or downgrade to a lower tier plan. You have the option to subscribe to one of our paid plans at any time during the two weeks or even after the trial period has ended.

The aim of Time Doctor is not to monitor what your teams are doing. It’s to monitor and measure how effective they are, so you can protect your business.

Monitor silently in the background or teach your teams to stay accountable with the interactive desktop app. 

Time Doctor offers monthly and annual billing options. Customers who pay annually receive two months free, a 16.6% discount on the monthly price. 

Monthly and annual payments are charged at the end of the trial period.

Our billing system automatically computes for a prorated amount when adding or deleting a user after the payment was made. Adding user(s) will generate charges that will reflect immediately on your account. Deleting users will not generate credits and there are no refunds for users removed mid billing cycle.

If you need to cancel your Time Doctor account for any reason, just log into your Time Doctor account as the company owner, navigate to the Settings / Billing page, and under the Billing details section, look for the Cancel account link.

After clicking on the Cancel account link, you will be presented with a dialog asking why you want to cancel. Select the applicable options and click the Cancel Account button. See cancellation instructions.

Certain U.S. states and international countries are subject to a required sales or consumption tax. If your subscription includes sales tax, VAT, GST, or comparable consumption taxes, you will see the amount applied on the checkout page when making a purchase.
